Carried Interest Manager

We are delighted to be working exclusively with the Private Markets business of an Asset Management firm to hire a Carried Interest Manager into a brand new role.

Reporting into the Global Head of Reward, the Carried Interest Manager will be responsible for the management of existing carry plans and the development and implementation of new ones.

You'll be part of a broader reward team however, have full ownership of the carried interest plans, supporting the Private Markets business.

This is a great opportunity for someone from within an alternative asset management business looking to specialise in carried interest, or for someone in one of the consulting firms who is taking the first step in-house.

Desired Experience

- Previous experience creating or managing carried interest plans, either in house or consulting. - Ability to converse with senior stakeholders. You will be the "go to" for carried interest queries so you'll need to be comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels. - Confident working independently. Whilst the broader reward team will be there to support on wider matters, this is a standalone position in relation to carried interest.

Key Elements of the Role

- Be the face of carried interest for the organisation; working closely with stakeholders and all relevant internal teams. - Manage the carried interest plan process end to end. - Ensure that the design of new plans remains in line with business strategy and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
