Compensation Analyst

Catalyst Partners is delighted to be working with a global alternative asset manager who are looking for a Compensation Analyst on a 12 month FTC. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be involved in developing a new compensation grading structure and redesigning incentive plans.

This role will be eligible for a completion bonus. 

Desired Experience

- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst, with strong data management and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms, with experience in compensation planning tools being a plus. - Ability to develop and implement compensation structures and incentive plans. - Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach. - Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Elements of the Role

- Clean and validate extensive compensation data to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Perform detailed data analysis to support compensation decisions and strategies. - Develop and implement new compensation grading structures. - Redesign and enhance incentive plans to align with organisational goals and industry best practices.
