As the business continues to grow across the region, it is seeking a Director-level Senior HR Business Partner to lead and elevate the people agenda for its senior leadership teams. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
This is a pivotal hire with significant exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape HR strategy across a dynamic, fast‑moving business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute people strategies that align with commercial objectives, shaping organisational design, capability, and culture across EMEA.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insight, challenge, and guidance on talent, succession, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead senior recruitment processes across both investment and corporate teams, ensuring rigorous assessment, high standards of candidate experience, and strong relationships with external search partners.
- Oversee performance management cycles, talent development planning, and leadership development, ensuring consistency and excellence across regional teams.
- Collaborate with global HR colleagues on firmwide initiatives, including compensation processes, DEI programmes, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Provide high‑quality guidance on employee relations, risk management, and policy interpretation with sound judgement and discretion.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner operating at Director level within investment management, private equity, financial services, or another global, high‑performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, influence decision‑making, and offer commercial, pragmatic HR advice.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to challenge and the judgement to navigate complexity.
- Proven experience leading talent, performance, and organisational development initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Comfortable working at pace, with high levels of autonomy, intellectual agility, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Degree-educated; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience with Workday is beneficial.
