We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global alternative investment firm to support with the hire of an Early Careers Programme Manager into their London headquarters.
Our client has an existing Early Careers strategy in place, with five existing graduate streams and one degree-apprenticeship programme. The Early Careers Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of these programmes, as well as additional initiatives such as work experience placements.
This is an exciting position which will provide you with the opportunity to join a business with a growing Early Careers intake, meaning you will be responsible for helping to drive new streams and initiatives across different hiring teams. You will have the opportunity to identify new strategies for the firm and will take responsibility for leading the development and implementation of these.

Desired Experience
The ideal candidate will have: · An excellent academic track record · Proven experience in a similar role (ideally within a Financial Services firm) · Knowledge of what makes a best-in-class Early Careers strategy · Ability to analyse large datasets and utilise MS Excel · Willingness to work in an environment with competing priorities, and ability to be flexible and agile in response to various stakeholder needsKey Elements of the Role
Day-to-day, your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring departments to align the Early Careers strategy with talent needs. You will be working closely with school and university partners to develop branding and marketing strategies to attract top talent, as well as partner with a third-party recruitment agency to manage recruitment campaigns. The role will also involve creating a top-tier learning programme for the cohorts, managing the onboarding process for new hires, and broader programme management responsibilities (including rotation planning and feedback processes).Location
