Working as part of the broader Talent Management team you will be responsible for partnering with the business to secure top emerging talent across EMEA. You will be a subject matter expert supporting business leaders with talent identification, development, and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Emerging Talent Strategy.
- Support strategic projects.
- Collaborate with recruitment experts to attract and assess entry-level talent.
- Build strong partnerships with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Implement learning and development initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendor contracts.
- Review the effectiveness of development interventions.
- Oversee the Emerging Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Support team recruitment and development.
Desired Experience
- Experience in Early Careers recruiting within a fast paced global financial services organisation.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in programme managment
- Proficiency in vendor management.
