Working as part of the broader Talent Management team you will be responsible for partnering with the business to secure top emerging talent across EMEA. You will be a subject matter expert supporting business leaders with talent identification, development, and mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the Emerging Talent Strategy.
  • Support strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with recruitment experts to attract and assess entry-level talent.
  • Build strong partnerships with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Implement learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage third-party vendor contracts.
  • Review the effectiveness of development interventions.
  • Oversee the Emerging Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Support team recruitment and development.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in Early Careers recruiting within a fast paced global financial services organisation. 
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in programme managment 
  • Proficiency in vendor management.
