Early Careers VP – EMEA & Asia
12-Month Maternity Cover | Full-Time | Office-Based | Central London | Starting March
We are partnering with a well-established, mid-tier global advisory and investment banking firm to appoint an experienced Early Careers VP on a 12-month maternity cover, starting March.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Central London, supporting undergraduate and graduate hiring, as well as Summer Internship and Full-Time Analyst programmes across EMEA and Asia. The role includes travel across Europe during the summer intake period.
The Role
The Early Careers VP will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of early careers recruitment, working closely with HR Business Partners and senior business stakeholders to support annual hiring plans and analyst and intern programmes.
While senior candidates are welcome, this is a hands-on delivery role and will suit someone who enjoys being directly involved in execution, candidate management and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver full-cycle early careers recruitment across EMEA & Asia
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define and execute early careers hiring strategies
Drive initiatives to attract diverse undergraduate and graduate talent
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organisations and candidates
Plan and deliver early careers recruiting events (on-campus, in-office and virtual)
Manage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, Superdays and candidate debriefs
Ensure accurate data, reporting and governance across ATS platforms and supporting spreadsheets
Prepare offer documentation, onboarding materials and sign-on processes
Coordinate orientation and training for Summer Intern and First-Year programmes
Stay current on market trends and best practices in early careers hiring
Support budget planning and supplier management
Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent)
Strong experience in early careers / campus recruitment, ideally within financial or professional services
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse or similar)
Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines in a high-volume environment
Confident communicator with credibility across senior stakeholders and early-career candidates
High attention to detail with strong written communication skills
Proactive, dependable and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Salary: £90,000 – £115,000
Location: Central London (office-based)
Travel: Europe during summer intake
Contract: Full-time, 12-month maternity cover
Start: March
Senior Manager / Head-of-level candidates will be considered, provided they are comfortable operating in a highly hands-on capacity.
