Our client is seeking a skilled Employee Relations specialist to provide expert advice on a broad range of employee relations and employment law matters. This role is pivotal in shaping the EMEA Employee Relations strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to specific client groups within support functions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and litigation case management.
- Oversee restructuring or reorganizations and performance management.
- Lead and participate in centralized project work, including M&A activities and adapting to regulatory changes.
Experience
- A legal qualification from the UK or Europe
- Background in employment law or Employee Relations within a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a team environment while also being driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Demonstrable client-focused approach, paired with strong influencing skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a diverse range of stakeholders.
