Currently seeking an Executive Search Lead with a global focus, this is a new hire to the organisation where you will be partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the newly-formed Executive Search team, managing end-to-end in-house search processes for senior-level and strategic roles across the group.
- Partner closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and key business stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver tailored search strategies.
- Manage, coach, and develop one direct report.
- Drive operational excellence by designing and implementing efficient search processes and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Analyse, report and present on search outcomes, providing insights to measure the success and cost-efficiency of in-house executive search efforts.
Experience
- Proven track record in executive search, preferably both in-house and for a leading search firm
- Experience within Insurance is highly desirable but not essential
- Executive Search experience within financial services
- System use of Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
