Head of HR Business Partnering

Head quartered in London; the UK HR team needs a HR generalist who can manage 4-5 operational HRBPs who are most often field based (across London).
You’d split your time between the corporate office in the west end and some of the sites. They operated a hybrid model with one day a week at home.
The job will line manage junior and mid-level HRBPs in a way that not only ensures workflow, compliance and positive outcomes for employees but also to develop and elevate capability in your team. The business has high volume HR queries, case work, hiring and onboarding and the pace is very fast. This role needs a methodical person, someone who is super-organised and enjoys process but will also be an escalation point for case work, HR queries, supporting senior leaders across the UK part of the business.
Reporting in the HR Director you’d bee seen as a part of their senior team.
To apply, you will have line managed a team in a very rapid paced environment and you will have a proven background in operating as a generalist. The role supports a customer facing client group as well as a tech client group, many of them a highly qualified and time poor people who need fast response from HR and problem solving.
This job would suits someone from retail or leisure, facilities management or even manufacturing, it’s a high volume, multisite business with multiple senior stakeholders.
