The firm combines long-term institutional expertise with a dynamic investment platform spanning equities, fixed income, private credit, infrastructure and alternatives.
This is a senior leadership opportunity within the HR function, acting as the primary people partner to the Investments division. The Head of HR – Investments will work closely with CIOs and senior investment leaders to shape and execute a forward-looking people strategy aligned to the firm’s growth ambitions, regulatory environment and evolving market demands.
The role will play a critical part in ensuring the business has the leadership capability, organisational design and culture required to succeed across a complex, multi-asset platform. It offers significant scope to influence at executive level, particularly through periods of change, transformation and continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior investment leadership, shaping and delivering the people strategy for public and private markets in line with commercial and investment objectives.
- Lead talent and succession planning, ensuring the development of critical capabilities and leadership pipelines across international teams.
- Oversee organisational design and change initiatives, including restructures, acquisitions, integrations and operating model evolution.
- Drive cultural and organisational transformation, embedding high-performance, accountability and inclusive leadership practices.
- Manage people-related risk and governance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strong employee relations practices.
- Partner with group HR functions to deliver consistent, data-driven HR services across geographies and support strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally within asset management, investment banking, or a comparable financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of public and private markets, including institutional investor dynamics, governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-suite and senior investment professionals, acting as a credible and commercially astute advisor.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programmes, including M&A integration, organisational redesign and cultural change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed and international organisation.
- Strong analytical and judgement capability, with a data-led approach to people strategy and decision-making.
