A well known global organisation within financial services are seeking a Head of Payroll Projects to join their London team. 

This team is recognised for their creativity, proficiency, and teamwork. They are excited to find a driven, forward-thinking individual ready to seize this exciting opportunity and lead from the front. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead project activity for global payroll transformation 
  • Management responsibility for BAU team.  
  • Improvement and streamlining of existing processes. 
  • Review and improvement of internal controls. 
  • Continuous development and review of project strategies. 
  • Frequent and proactive liaison with global stakeholders.

Desired Experience

  • Experience leading / managing payroll transformation projects
  • Experience working with complex global payrolls
  • Experience working with multiple payroll vendors across various locations. 
  • Accountable and detail orientated.
  • Proven team player. 
  • Strategic mindset.
