They are currently looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition for the United States. This role is pivotal for driving forward their talent acquisition strategy and ensuring they attract, hire, and retain top talent across various functions. In this role you will be managing a small team, as well as overseeing a high volume of hires throughout the year. The long-term goal is for this individual to step up into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition role, and so the scope for progression and development is key.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an in-house talent acquisition role.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment across various functions.
- Strong collaboration and team management skills (experience managing a small team is a plus, but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Insurance sector is a plus, but not essential.
