HR administrator

The HR Administrator vacancy is newly created and will span all HR. You will work closely with the CPO, delivering all the transactional support to the people strategy and you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to not only schedule interviews and keep great processes running but also to onboard, engage and support new starters. The role is creative; and you will design the content and communications for onboarding and inductions.

There is a small team so you’ll have full exposure to generalist activities, both cyclical and project based. The HR team deliver a high touch service and the client group is high performance, demanding and used to having a great relationship with HR.

This role is ideal for a recruitment coordinator who would like to gain more generalist experience or a full HR administrator who would like to learn more in a rapid growth business. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years expereince.
