HR Administrator

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the institution.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations. This also involves managing confidential personnel files.

Event Coordination: Organising and coordinating various events such as staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school-related activities. This includes managing logistics, sending out invitations, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.

Compliance Management: Ensuring that the institution complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including labour laws, health and safety standards, and educational policies. This involves regular audits and updating policies as needed.

Scheduling: Managing schedules for staff, including coordinating leave requests, arranging substitute teachers, and ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.

Data Management: Collecting and analysing data related to staff performance, attendance, and other HR metrics. This data is used to prepare reports and inform decision-making.

Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the HR department and other school administrators, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries

Desired Experience

Administrative experience in a school or educational environment is highly desired, particularly in coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
