HR Analyst

HR Administration and System Support:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare materials for performance reviews and compensation cycles.
  • Assist with compensation and bonus review processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate with HR central teams and resolve requests.
  • Assist employees and managers with HR system queries.

Data Management and Analytics
  • Input, update, and maintain HR data in HRIS.
  • Generate reports and prepare dashboards.
  • Analyse data for trends and support strategic topics like DEI and workforce planning.


Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Explore ways to incorporate generative AI to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

As an HR Analyst, you'll support onboarding and offboarding processes, handle HR administrative tasks, and maintain accurate employee records. You'll also manage HR data, generate reports, and prepare dashboards for insights. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for process improvements and explore ways to incorporate generative AI to enhance HR processes. This role blends administrative, analytical, and innovative tasks to deliver impactful outcomes.

Desired Experience

The ideal candidate should have around one year of HR experience or two years in a relevant administrative role. They need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Workday. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with high organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach is important, as well as an interest in HR technology and process improvement.
