We are partnering with an investment bank headquartered in New York, who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their lean HR team and support their Recruiting function.
As a recruiting coordinator, your key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, which encompasses job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. You conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities is also part of your role. Furthermore, you assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Throughout the recruitment process, you ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

Desired Experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred (ideally within the financial services industry however this is not a prerequisite)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
