Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of global outsourced payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, tax, pensions, and benefits.
• Oversee the firm’s global benefits programme, managing vendor relationships and ensuring an efficient, positive employee experience.
• Deliver high‑quality people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contractual documentation, probations, and employee relations support.
• Maintain compliance with UK and international employment legislation, GDPR, right‑to‑work requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks; support the development of HR policies and guidance.
• Own and maintain the HRIS (Bob), ensuring data accuracy, process optimisation, and insightful reporting.
• Coordinate performance and talent management cycles, including goal‑setting, calibration, promotions, and development planning.
• Partner closely with the CFO on workforce planning, capability assessment, and headcount forecasting.

• Proficient in HRIS platforms (experience with Bob advantageous) and comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
• Highly organised, analytical, and capable of navigating competing priorities with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and uphold a culture of transparency and respect.
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
