Our unique and fast growing client, a global asset management business, are looking to hire this newly created role on a fully remote basis with connections to London and certain European locations.
This is an opportunity for a HR leader with a clear background and passion for HR Operations & Payroll.
Responsibilities
- Ownership and lead on transformation for HR Operations; implementing new processes & policies whilst improving what is already in place.
- Setting up employee of record for the UK.
- Management and review of their current pensions & benefits providers.
- Support and analysis of Payroll globally.
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the US & Europe.
Experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent knowledge of HR standards and regulations in US & Europe.
- Ideally scaling up service delivery as company grows.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
