HRBP Vice President

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader to join our client as a HRBP. This role will focus on providing strategic and operational HR support to our across private capital. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for these innovative and fast-paced divisions, partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance on talent and people-related decisions.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a sounding board for leadership.

• Support and coach leaders to enhance their effectiveness, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion.
• Guide teams on leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
• Partner with teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence in HR processes, including performance management, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment of HR strategies.
• Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Track and measure HR metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.

• Proven experience as an HR generalist, with a strong background in partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
