Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the business on an initial six-month contract, with the potential to become a permanent position. 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing organisation, partnering with hiring managers across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of professional hires. The successful individual will operate as a trusted recruitment partner, supporting hiring from Analyst through to Senior Associate level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across Analyst to Senior Associate level positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines of high-quality talent.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise stakeholders on market intelligence, talent availability and hiring trends.
• Work collaboratively with HR and business leaders to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reporting and ensure all activity is compliant with internal processes.

Experience Required

• 5–7 years’ Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained within Financial Services, Investment Banking, Asset Management Private Equity or another fast-paced corporate environment.
• Open to candidates with an agency background
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across professional-level hiring across financial markets 
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior hiring managers.
• Excellent direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability.
• Commercially minded with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
