Overview
Catalyst Partners is working with a client within the Financial Services space on an Employee Benefits Manager.

The Benefits Manager is responsible for the comprehensive and proactive management and governance of benefit plans and policies across Europe and Asia offices. This role requires a strategic individual who can gather information from various sources, manage multiple stakeholders, and recommend improvements for existing and new initiatives, while ensuring effective monitoring to measure the well-being of colleagues and the success of programs.

The role
You will:
  • Manage the delivery of global benefits programs.
  • Manage benefit renewal activity to ensure the benefits are competitive and compliant.
  • Manage projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes.
  • Maintain efficient records of benefit processes and procedures.
  • Manage the annual enrolment for local country benefit plans, ensuring the process is facilitated through the bank's flexible benefits technology provider and effectively communicated to colleagues.
  • Report benefits updates and changes to the Payroll Team.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory and Governance Teams to complete due diligence for new country or regulatory requirements and/or market practice changes.
  • Work with the North America Benefits Teams and third-party communication teams to develop effective communication plans for annual renewals and programs.

The experience
The following person will ideally have experience:
  • Acting as a subject matter on benefits, procedures and processes.
  • Managing and implementing Pension, Benefits and Wellbeing Plans globally.
  • Researching and analysing benefit market competitiveness.
  • Implementing new benefit plans.
  • Knowledge of international market trends, cultural and competitive practices, legislation, and benchmarking of benefits plans.
  • Collaborating with a Vendor Management Framework.
  • Engaging with colleagues at all levels.
  • Managing team members.

Desired Experience
