International Payroll & Benefits Specialist (London)

The role: 
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Payroll administration for UK, EU and APAC entities
• Processing payroll changes, reconciliation and reporting
• Verifying payroll-related data for complete accuracy and consistency
• Supporting with US payroll
• Managing the integrity of the HRIS and payroll data
• Benefit plan design and renewals
• Ensuring all benefit programs are compliant
• Liaising with benefit brokers, benefit administrators and third party vendors

Skills and experience:
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

• Strong experience with UK and international payroll administration
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal international laws and regulations involving payroll and benefits administration
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience communicating with senior stakeholders
• Good team working and vendor management

Responsibilities

Significant experience with managing global payroll and benefits in a standalone role.

Desired Experience

Analytically driven with high attention to detail to leverage data to support decision making; competency with ADP and Workday is advantageous.
