We are delighted to be partnering with a global leader in Risk Management on a search for a Payroll Manager. This role would offer exciting opportunities to set up key initiatives from a strategic standpoint.
The role:
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Supporting a range of impactful payroll projects
- Managing a small team
- Administering accurate and timely delivery of UK and EMEA payrolls
- Liaising with various departments to ensure compliance, regulations, and legislations are up to date
- Preparing and submitting data for pay gap reporting
- Implementing new benefits and supporting with benefit renewals
- Acting as the main POC for escalation and queries
Skills and experience:
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
- Prior experience managing a small team
- High proficiency with payroll systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation and reconciliations
- Global payroll experience across UK and EMEA entities
- Driven to implement, review, and improve processes
