They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the London team, overseeing UK and international payroll processes. The role ensures accurate, compliant payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions and provides structured support for cross-border assignments and business travel. Working closely with external providers, the position enhances governance, optimises payroll operations and maintains consistent compliance standards.

About the role

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll data processing, including statutory calculations, reporting and compliance checks.
  • Oversee adherence to tax, legal and internal financial control requirements.

  • Solid understanding of international tax, social security and pension implications for mobile employees.
  • Practical experience in global mobility processes and managing external payroll providers.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with high volumes of financial data.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A structured, detail-focused and risk-aware approach, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
