Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Reward background to oversee the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. This is a high-profile, strategic initiative that will shape compliance and reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory alignment, embedding sustainable governance practices, and influencing senior stakeholders. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on organisational culture and compliance at an international scale. The post holder will also support other European Reward projects and programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to define objectives, success criteria, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to configure Workday and support accurate reporting and compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and progress reports for executive sponsors.
- Drive change management and communication initiatives to embed new practices across the organisation.
- Coordinate training and awareness programmes for stakeholders across multiple EU locations.
- Support other Reward projects and programmes.
Experience
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional HR or regulatory projects within large organisations.
- Strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and related DE&I or gender pay gap reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Highly organised, resilient, and adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently.
