In this role, you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Advisor to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process. From scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications to preparing offer documentation and supporting onboarding, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating interviews and acting as the main point of contact for candidates and agencies
- Preparing offer letters and contracts, and managing pre-employment checks
- Supporting recruitment data analysis and reporting
- Assisting with recruitment events and ad hoc projects
- Conducting market research and contributing to talent planning
Experience
- Previous recruitment experience in a professional services or legal environment, or agency experience recruiting into these sectors
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like DocuSign and document management systems
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- An interest in inclusive recruitment practices and the legal sector
