Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Specialist to join their talent team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Recruitment Operations Manager and Head of Talent to streamline processes, ensure data accuracy and will gain exposure to all areas of recruiting. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Streamline end-to-end recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assist with the training of all new members of the recruitment team on recruitment technologies and processes. Ensure all recruitment processes are clearly documented and up to date. Monitor function of our existing recruiting technologies, identify areas of improvement to continually improve workflows. Oversee the management of candidate data and ensure data accuracy within the ATS. Work with various technology teams to buildout our reporting system, generate and analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular updates. Process recruiting related tickets in Jira. Management of templates (offer letters, T&Cs, verbal offer templates). Management of Agency feedback and produce quarterly reporting on Agency metrics.Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in Global recruiting operations or similar Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets, use formulas and functions Excellent project management skills Familiarity with ATS and Recruiting technologies – Greenhouse, Workday, Salesforce preferred Exceptional communication skills Exceptional organisational skillsLocation
