Our client are a leading alternative investment firm, headquartered in New York but with a global presence.
They are currently looking for a Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This role will be a varied position, with a large exposure to campus recruitment as well as the opportunity to support the HR Leadership team with executive and lateral front office searches on an ad hoc basis (with potential scope to take ownership for this later down the line). On top of recruiting activity, this individual will be part of a small HR team where you will gain exposure to HR Generalist & HRBP responsibilities. You will partner closely with key senior stakeholders across the business, working across employee relations, performance management, talent management and HR compliance tasks.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities- Campus Recruitment Program Management - you will be responsible for developing the strategic undergraduate recruitment plans for the business (with a focus on their intern and analyst programs).
- Campus Recruitment Program Development - you will assist in the design and implementation of internship and Analyst onboarding programs. You will also present reporting and updates to senior leaders on recruiting metrics and performance, i.e., track diversity
recruiting metrics. - Partnership Management - you will be in charge of fostering and developing relationships with key external partners and charities focused on DEI in the campus recruiting space.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement - you will be responsible for identifying high potential candidates through a variety of sourcing methods, as well as reviewing resume submissions and conducting initial interviews. Beyond this you will be responsible for administering training sessions for hiring teams and managing the candidate application tracking system and candidate communication.
- HR Generalist tasks - you will work alongside the wider HR team to help with generalist HR tasks for the front office, such as assisting on employee relations matters, performance management & talent development initiatives.
Desired Experience
Requirements- Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of relevant recruiting experience (with some exposure to campus recruiting)
- Strong exposure to candidate screening and assessment via interviewing candidates and processing applications
- Ability to work with data to make process improvements and recommendations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage senior internal stakeholders
- Experience using ATS / University Career portals
- Experience designing campus recruitment programs and diversity initiatives
