Position Overview: Regulatory Reward Director - EMEA
Our financial services client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regulatory Reward Director to join a dynamic team and lead the regulatory reward function for the EMEA region. You will be responsible for ensuring compensation strategies are aligned with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, while also supporting broader talent management and organisational goals. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving compliance, risk mitigation, and best practice in all regulatory reward matters.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving compliance, risk mitigation, and best practice in all regulatory reward matters.
Responsibilities
Lead the regulatory reward strategy, ensuring compliance with local compensation laws and financial services regulations across EMEA. Advise senior leadership on regulatory implications for reward practices and compensation structures. Oversee reward governance, risk management, and the alignment of incentive schemes with regulatory requirements. Develop reporting frameworks and provide analytics to monitor compliance and trends. Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering expertise in regulatory reward matters.Desired Experience
Extensive experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on regulatory compliance in financial services (preferably EMEA). Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., UK, EU, Middle East) and financial services-specific rules. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills. Advanced understanding of UK and EMEA regulatory frameworks for financial services, including the Senior Managers Regime (SMR), Solvency II, and CRD IV.Location
