You will be responsible for shaping and executing reward strategies and work closely with key stakeholders, offering expert guidance on compensation policies, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
Our financial services client is seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Reward Manager to join a brilliant team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing reward strategies and work closely with key stakeholders, offering expert guidance on compensation policies, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice on remuneration aligned with business goals and performance culture. Collaborate on accurate compensation data management and enhance remuneration strategies. Ensure regulatory compliance and support in governance tasks, including reporting and documentation. Lead the annual remuneration review process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.Desired Experience
Expertise in total rewards and compensation, including designing salary structures and incentive plans. Proven ability to advise senior leaders, manage multiple projects globally, and analyse compensation data. Strong understanding of financial metrics and compliance with global remuneration regulations (including MIFIDPRU, AIFMD and UCITS). Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.Location
