We are looking for a Reward Analyst to support and maintain compensation and benefits programs while working closely with stakeholders and the people team on reward strategies.
Desired Experience
- 1 / 2 years experience in a Reward role, with significant experience with excellent data skills. - Excellent organisational and analytical skills. - Strong Excel skills with a high attention to detail.Key Elements of the Role
- Manage technical reward queries. - Support the annual compensation review process and administration of the company's share schemes. - Support on employee benefit and wellbeing plans. - Produce reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc and cyclical basis.Location
