The Opportunity

Our client, a global, market-leading organisation, is seeking a Reward Analyst to join its Group Reward function in London. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of reward strategies across an international workforce.

The position sits within a well-established reward team and plays a key role in ensuring compensation frameworks remain competitive, consistent, and aligned to business objectives. The successful candidate will support core reward processes, provide data-driven insight, and help shape remuneration approaches for senior employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically strong individual to further develop their reward expertise within a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform pay positioning and reward decision-making.
  • Provide analytical insight and reporting to support senior stakeholder remuneration decisions.
  • Assist in job evaluation and grading activities, ensuring alignment with internal frameworks and external market data.
  • Partner with HR teams to advise on reward policies, processes, and governance.
  • Contribute to reward-related projects, including system enhancements and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Understanding of core reward processes, including salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and incentive structures.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and external market data sources is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of building relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and insight generation.
