Reward Associate

We are delighted to be working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking an experienced cash compensation associate to join their team on a 12-month FTC. 

Reporting to the Reward Director, you will be responsible for analytical work to support the delivery of the annual compensation review across their four business divisions. 

If you are a proactive individual who has a flexible attitude, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team.

Desired Experience

- High attention to detail with strong data analysis skills. - Excellent excel skills. - Solid experience in compensation, preferably within Financial Services but will consider experience in a strong professional setting. - Able to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines during the year-end compensation cycle.

Key Elements of the Role

- Support the annual compensation review process. - Responsible for data cleansing and data updates on the compensation system in preparation for year end. - Prepare RemCo and Board reports.
