The HR function is internationally aligned and highly collaborative, supporting a diverse workforce of trading, commercial and corporate professionals.
This newly created Reward Manager position sits within the Reward & HR Service Delivery team and plays a central role in shaping the firm’s compensation and benefits architecture. The successful hire will lead core reward processes, guide senior leadership on pay decisions and contribute to the development of a clear, competitive and compliant total reward framework. This is a high‑visibility role offering significant strategic influence and exposure to global leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and evolution of the organisation’s total reward philosophy, policies and frameworks across all regions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning and long‑term incentive processes.
• Manage job levelling, job matching and governance to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Partner with external survey and data providers to interpret market intelligence and guide reward recommendations.
• Review and approve compensation proposals for new hires, promotions and internal movements.
• Manage employee benefits programmes, overseeing design, administration, vendor relationships and compliance.
• Produce high‑quality reporting, analytics and insights on compensation trends, internal equity and market positioning.
• Lead statutory remuneration reporting and collaborate with Finance on compensation forecasting, reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Contribute to global reward and HR transformation projects led by the Head of Reward & HR Service Delivery.
Candidate Profile
• Significant experience in reward management within financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge of compensation strategy, reward analytics, job architecture and governance.
• Highly numerate with strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data, derive insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday compensation modules and external benchmarking tools such as McLagan.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision‑making at senior levels.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent professional qualification; international reward experience is beneficial.
