Position Overview: Reward Manager FTC
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the reward team, providing guidance, development, and support. Ensure the team is effectively navigating key reward activities. Address and manage reward challenges across hubs in the US, Europe, and APAC regions. Coordinate and oversee pay reviews and annual compensation cycles, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards. Lead and deliver on various ad-hoc projects related to reward management. Utilise your experience in financial services or insurance to drive effective reward strategies and solutions.Desired Experience
Proven people management experience. Extensive global experience, particularly in non-UK regions such as the US, Europe, and APAC. Strong background in coordinating pay reviews and annual compensation cycles. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver on ad-hoc projects. Financial services or insurance experience is preferred.Location
