Reward & Performance Business Partner - Europe

We are pleased to have been retained by a leading global financial services business looking to hire a Reward & Performance Business Partner for their European business unit. 

Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation and Reward Consulting and working closely with the Head of Global Benefits and Wellbeing, you will be responsible for reward management, global mobility and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Desired Experience

- Previous Reward experience partnering with European client groups. - Strong compensation experience including job evaluation and salary benchmarking. - Experience managing global mobility cases (immigrations considerations, tax and social security requirements).

Key Elements of the Role

- Developing and maintaining job architecture, job levelling and salary structures across the business. - Provide advice and support on global mobility cases. - Lead on annual compensation and performance reviews.
