Catalyst Partners have partnered with a brilliant Financial Services firm, who are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join their People team in London. You’ll help shape and manage their benefit programs and ensure they remain competitive, compliant, and employee-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, review, and improvement of benefit plans by analysing data, employee feedback, and market benchmarks.
  • Ensure all benefit programs meet local legal and compliance requirements across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Evaluate and streamline operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review utilisation reports and claims trends, providing data-driven recommendations for plan enhancements.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for complex employee benefit queries, using sound judgment to find effective solutions.
  • Oversee the rollout of new benefits and updates to existing programs, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about benefit legislation, trends, and emerging market practices to keep our offerings best-in-class.
  • Support the communication of benefits changes and updates in partnership with internal communications teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits information on internal platforms.

Experience

  • Experience in employee benefits administration or consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs and regulations across the UK and key EMEA regions.
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative benefits solutions with solid project management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing regulations and evolving business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Service-oriented approach, combining professionalism with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Sound judgment, with the ability to balance independent decision-making and appropriate escalation.
