They are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruiter into the team, to support their newly appointed US Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role you will be working directly with the business to facilitate their continued US growth across all of their business lines.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume recruitment desk across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with company culture and job requirements.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Experience
Qualifications:- A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience (at least 3 in-house)
- Experience managing high volume
- Previous experience in Insurance is essential
- Comfortable working in a fluid and changing environment
- Prior experience working closely with a range of client groups
