- Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, providing reward expertise and constructive challenge.
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of the organisation’s reward framework and job architecture.
- Analysing market data, workforce analytics and financial information to support evidence-based decision making.
- Preparing high-quality papers, proposals and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Supporting organisational change, transformation projects and large-scale people initiatives.
- Ensuring reward programmes balance commercial objectives, colleague experience and affordability.

- Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders, HR leadership teams and executive stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical capability, including interpretation of market data, workforce analytics and financial information.
- Deep expertise in pay benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation and market pricing methodologies.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
- The ability to simplify complex reward concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
