Head of Executive Compensation

Manage compensation for the executive population, typically in a listed organisation. The Executive Compensation team will prepare the documentation for RemCo meetings and create the Directors Remuneration Report to be included in the organisations Annual Report.

Own the benefits offering for the business. Responsible for designing and implementing a market leading benefits package that will attract and retain talent. This will often include managing pensions, flexible working arrangements, recognition schemes and wellbeing.
