Chris is an Associate Director at Catalyst Partners and leads the HR Infrastructure practice.
His unique offering sits between the traditional HR, Reward and Finance functions. His candidates play a key role in transformation, automation, and operational delivery with strategic growth in mind.
Chris takes a consultative approach rather than a “one size fits all.” He offers flexible solutions to access untapped and passive talent pools, remaining committed to the importance of cultural fit. Chris comprehensively understands what successful teams look like and partners with businesses internationally to advise on their long-term hiring strategies.
Outside of work, Chris is kept busy by his two sons, Ted & Sid. He enjoys travelling, keeping active, live music, and cooking.
