Ellie is an Associate focusing on junior to mid-level hiring mandates, partnering with clients on their build-outs across the US.

Ellie is regularly involved in projects where new HR leadership is appointed and tasked with assessing existing operating structures, strengthening capability, and building scalable, fit-for-purpose teams from the ground up.
Working in a sector-agnostic capacity, Ellie supports organizations nationwide, contributing to searches across a broad range of industries and business models. She brings a structured, insight-led approach to her work, underpinned by a strong understanding of candidate assessment, stakeholder engagement, and the evolving needs of growing functions.
Ellie studied Psychology at the University of South Carolina, where she developed a strong foundation in behavioral analysis, communication, and decision-making – skills she applies daily when advising clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys documenting her latest restaurant discoveries, camping and hiking across the Carolinas, and fitting in as many coffee walks with friends as possible – typically in pursuit of interesting specialty flavors and the maximum number of dogs per outing.
