Emma is dedicated to building a strong rapport with both clients and candidates. She’s passionate about understanding a candidate's skills, motivations, interests, and hobbies to ensure she matches them appropriately to roles, clients, and companies.
Emma has successfully matched over 50 candidates with their dream roles. She emphasises the importance of building relationships and being committed to excellence.
Emma earned her degree from the University of Nottingham in Sociology and Criminology. Before joining Dartmouth, she honed her recruitment skills within Customer Insight & Marketing Analytics, placing candidates in multiple FTSE 250 companies.
Outside the officer, Emma is into travelling, running, hiking, cooking, and going to gigs. She is currently training for her first half marathon.
