With a decade of experience, Krys has led successful teams and personally facilitated senior and complex assignments with various firms.
Krys has concluded retained searches with well-known global household names whilst building out HR functions for clients seeking to IPO in high-growth and transformative settings. He has partnered with organisations in remote locations to confidentially map and headhunt the best talent in the market.
Krys graduated from Stirling University with a combined Business Studies and Economics degree before joining a global search business. Outside work, Krys is a committed Christian involved in his local church, an ex-professional tennis coach, and an avid gym goer. He enjoys spending time in Surrey with his wife, Catherine.
