Krys is an Executive Director in Catalyst with over a decade of experience in HR search
With an extensive background in reward, Krys has concluded retained searches with global household names whilst building out HR functions for clients seeking to IPO in high-growth and transformative settings. He has also partnered with organizations in remote locations to confidentially map and headhunt the best talent in the market.
Having graduated from Stirling University, Scotland in Business and Economics, he joined a global HR Search firm in London before co-founding Catalyst. In 2025, he relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina with his ever-supportive wife and energetic daughter to run the US side of the business.
