Lucy is a Director within the HR practice, specialising in placing Reward and Analytics professionals.
Lucy is personable and caring in nature, which shows through the network that she has developed over the years. Building relationships is the core of the recruitment role and comes naturally to her.
She earned her Psychology degree from Bournemouth University, where her interest in people began. Outside of work, Lucy loves her fitness and being in the outdoors. Lucy ran a half marathon each month in 2023 and is the first to put her hand up for a challenge.
