Nick is a Consultant at Catalyst, specialising in Reward and HR Analytics recruitment, with a cross-sector background and experience as a competitive golfer at county and collegiate level.
He has since worked across a diverse range of sectors – including financial and professional services, technology, healthcare, and charity – building a solid foundation and a nuanced understanding of each industry’s unique challenges and requirements.
Nick adopts a consultative approach to recruitment, advising businesses on their hiring strategies and fostering long-term relationships built on honesty and trust.
Outside of work, Nick is passionate about health and fitness. He is a regular at the gym and values maintaining a balanced lifestyle. A highly accomplished golfer, he earned a golf scholarship to Georgia Southwestern State University, where he graduated in 2017. He currently represents the Sussex County First Team.
