Before joining Catalyst, Taylor spent a few years in the recruitment-to-recruitment market and takes pride in his deep understanding of what an effective recruitment process should look like for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors as much as the British weather allows, going out on long walks with his dogs and exploring new activities.
