Prior to joining Catalyst, Tilly spent seven years at our sister company Dartmouth Partners. At Dartmouth, Tilly was part of the Early Careers team where she worked closely with HR teams in boutique and advisory firms across the UK, USA & Europe to build out their campus recruitment programmes. Alongside her day job, Tilly was responsible for spearheading the launch of Kernel Global’s Classroom to Boardroom Foundation. The Classroom to Boardroom Foundation was created to provide talented students from any background with equal access to developing professional skills and starting successful careers. Tilly has always been passionate about the importance of junior talent strategies within the financial services.
Tilly studied Human, Social and Political Science at the University of Cambridge before beginning her recruitment career. Outside of work, Mathilda is a keen reader and ran the London Marathon in 2024.
