A University of Leeds graduate, Victoria began her HR recruitment career in Yorkshire. Here, she developed her HR knowledge in lean, commercial businesses, from manufacturing to consumer finance and everything in between.
Outside of the office, Victoria is a keen sea swimmer throughout the winter months and takes pride in her local school governing role.
